At Claddal, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping details below.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We ship across India using trusted courier partners. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability. Remote or rural areas may take additional time.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹500. Orders below ₹500 will have a flat shipping fee calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within India. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If your delivery address is in a restricted area, we will notify you and work to find an alternative solution.
Delays and Issues
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier disruptions, or high-demand periods. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
